The school’s collection can be statistically analyzed in terms of Collection Maps and Collection Recency. This analysis compares a school’s collection against the statistical norms developed by the Los Angeles Unified School District and identifies weaknesses in the current collection.
You can present your book list to your customer as an order form, a bibliographic report, or as an interactive Excel spreadsheet. The Excel spreadsheet allows your customer to specify additional copies of any book or to eliminate books in the list. The total cost is automatically recalculated and displayed every time the customer changes the list. Options include adding shipping, cataloging, and sales tax to the total calculated on the spreadsheet. Any of the output options can be printed, or E-mailed to your customers.
