uniFORM Dashboard

The uniFORM Dashboard is designed to be used on an agency’s intranet.  Typically, information presented through the Dashboard is not meant for public viewing.

The Dashboard home page can be configured for each individual user.  One user may want to see different statistical results than another user.

There are several functions that can be started from the main page of the Dashboard:

  • Report Details displays detailed statistical reports
  • Supervisor’s Daily Log - A supervisor can create a log of the events that have occurred that day and present them on the dashboard.  The log can be searched, filtered and sorted in many ways for presentation to the user.  When a Supervisor log is created, a formatted email is generated by the system and sent to a predefined distribution list. The log typically would include
    • Patrol lineup
    • Briefing items
    • Patrol events
    • Pass on info
  • Projects - Project managers can post information on their projects to keep other members of the agency informed. The projects can be search in many ways including a key word search and the project status.  Typically, the project’s information would include:
    • Project Name
    • To whom the project has been assigned
    • Due date
    • Status
    • Percent done
