• This Web-Site is for reporting specific types of crimes within the city of Any City, Any State.  Please review the list below to ensure you can report such a crime using this on-line system.  Some reports will require an officer to respond to your location to take a report.  If your report type does not appear below, please call (828) 222-0926 to report your crime. 

Report Types

Lost Property, Annoying Phone Calls, Vandalism, Petty Theft (under $400), Grand Theft (over $400), Civil or Custody violations

• All information obtained via this website will be kept strictly confidential and be maintained within the Records Bureau of the  Police Department
• Fields with an * must be completely filled out to submit your report
• Do not print this form and send it to the police department.  Only the on-line submitted report will be accepted.
• When you have completed all steps in the reporting process, be sure to click on the submit button. 

After submitting your report, it will be reviewed by police department personnel.  You may be contacted for additional information.  Make sure you enter correct phone numbers and an email address.  Once the report has been approved, you will receive an email with the assigned case number for your incident.  This process may take up to 72 hours, depending on when the report is submitted.  Please do not resubmit your report.  If you have not received an email within the 72 hours, please contact sales@aisciences.com or call (818) 222-0926.
